Project Feasibility

FWI Development and Construction will arrange a complimentary site visit to discuss new construction or remodeling opportunities along with preliminary budget projections.

Whether it’s new construction, a renovation or an addition, FWI will complete an analysis and evaluation of the site issues that may affect your project including but not limited to budgeted construction costs and duration, land development, acquisition, permit fees, zoning, engineering, and lot coverage studies.

Architectural Design

FWI coordinates the design of your project with locally-respected architects and interior designers or, if you prefer, we are happy to work with your own pre-selected architect and design team.

Budgeting and Value Engineering

FWI works with the architect and owners to prepare preliminary budgeting at various stages of the project. Effective budget development and planning is achieved when FWI is involved in the preliminary design stage, offering cost feedback and value engineering. As the plans are developed and the cost analysis is updated, we consult with our clients to insure budget expectations and design specifications are met. When plans are not available or in a preliminary stage – FWI remains committed to providing detailed budget analysis to establish the necessary understanding of a project’s cost requirements.

Construction Management & Supervision

FWI provides award-winning construction management. Established before the project begins, FWI works closely with the design team and owners to establish well-defined budgets, plans and schedules, selections, design specifications, and material orders. Pre-construction meetings with sub-contractors and vendors allow for superior quality control and proper job sequencing. Daily quality control inspections confirm construction details. Every phase of construction is coordinated in the field and clearly communicated to the clients in weekly meetings. Geoff Kuck works closely with every client and client representatives to ensure expectations are met, relationships are strong, and details are finished correctly.

Construction

The FWI Construction process is the result of years of collaborative efforts by construction managers, site supervisors, manufacturer’s representatives, and the local and highly skilled staff of subcontractors with whom we have worked with over the years. Our long-term relationships with the field staff, tradesmen and company owners results in a widely understood level of high-quality and award-winning work.

“We love the work and highly regard your service.”
